Dog Health Questions: Help with dog training?

OK so i have this dog who is english springer spaniel and everyone in the family loves him but the only problem is that every time someone has food in their hand he always take it from them and if we leave food out for 2 seconds he will get it then when we try and take it from him he bites us and eats it, he has bit over 5 family members all under the age of 10, i was just wondering what i should do about this or if there is any trainers for this in like the Philadelphia district.
