  buy a book on the breed of dog you have and read up on it.
  get a book on how to train your dog...theyre at the local library if you dont feel like buying one.


• I am not sure the prices at petsmart but I do know that you can check your local shelter to see if they have training classes. They are fairly cheap and the instructor is a volunteer (usually from petsmart) and all the money goes back to the shelter.


• house breaking the puppy u need to do yourself , take the pup out several times a day at the same time every day pups normally relive them selves several times a day the younger they are now that the pups sent is on the rug u need to have it cleaned because they will continue to go in the same spot , if u r gonna be gone for long periods of time get some of theose safty fences or a lil kennel that u can put in the house and place newspaper on the floor put the pups food or water dish in the area as well as her or his lil bed , but as soon as u get home take her out to go potty , 5 minutes outside is not enough time for a pup or dog to go potty , give the puppy 15 minutes to 30 minutes to go , dogs may go as soon as u take them outside but the more they can run around etc they will go more its being cosestant , another thing withing an hour of feeding the pup u need to tak e out to go poo as well adn dont feed the pup after a certain time maybe 3 hrs before u r going to bed this way when u go to bed u can take her out right before hand so she wont have to go no more untill am

  As far as potty training, you need to get a crate and crate train her. Get the book Housebreaking: Pure and Simple by Mark and Dru Katz. It has everything you need to know and it's cheap on Amazon.com. Clean the areas she pottied on already with an enzyme cleaner from the petstore.
