Dog Health Questions: Adult Dog Training Advice?

I rescued a dog from the pound about 3 months ago. For the most part, she has done good not having too many accidents in the house. But every time I leave for the night or go to sleep early, she has an accident. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Crate training. She will be very unlikely to soil herself in a confined area like a crate, and you will also know that she can't get into the trash, chew on electrical wires, etc as some bored dogs do.

Also make sure to keep her on a schedule. Does she always, always, always go out at 10pm? Then she will need to go at 10pm whether or not you are awake and there. Consider shifting her potty schedule so it fits better with your lifestyle.
