Why does he do that? try treat show him a treat and say the command come and pat your knees then when he does give him the treat and lots of praise he'll get teh picture after awhile ^-^

  Well there could be a simple reason for this.... he might think he wont fit through the door??
  no joke dogs think that but you should lure him into ur room with a treat just put it at his nose and walk back so he would come into ur room??
