He was on Animal Planet and won on their animal talent show hosted by Mario. Very smart dog, and was going blind. Farmer was heartbroken but trying to train another puppy with the help of his dog. Never saw a smarter animal. Was a herding dog.

Unfortunately his owner had to put him down in 2007 (he was kicked by a horse in 05, blinded in one eye and they said he went down after that). He was 15.
He was some type of herding,cattle breed mix - not a pure breed. Very smart
