im getting some guard dog. how to i take care of them so they wont stink like crap and their teeth and hair be shiny???

You are basically telling us that you have no idea how to care for a dog, much less two or more dogs, and guard dogs at that. Please do ALL your research before you purchase a dog.

Won't stink like crap: Wash them when they are visibly dirty, or at least every 5-6 months depending on the length of the coat.
Clean teeth: Brush their teeth once a fortnight or so.
Shiny hair: Feed them nutritious solid dog food (kibble), as well as big bones to chew on.
How to wash them: Fill a kiddie pool with water. Pour a bit of dog shampoo on their back, scrub. Avoid getting any soap in the eyes and ears. Rinse. If warm, let them run around to get dry. If cold, wash them in the bathtub instead, and towel them dry.
Feed them: Your veterinarian will tell you the best brand for your dog.
Brushing teeth: Get a child sized brush and dog-safe toothpaste.
Brushing hair: Dog brush. Depending on the length of coat, you may need to groom every day.
Being a great dog owner: Possess caring, proactive, and responsible personality traits.

Inside dog: Give them love and attention inside the house. Feed them inside. Have them sleep inside. Basic obedience training.
How to make them listen to you: Be an effective and responsible Alpha Dog, plus basic and advanced obedience training using only positive reinforcement.

Help with lotion: No idea what you mean. People lotion? Follow the directions on the bottle (?)
