Dog Health Questions: Dog Training Leash?

Ok, i saw a leash the other day that looks like a normal leash but has a piece of elastic surrounded by two pieces of fabric. anyway it snaps like a belt when you pull on it quickly. its a correction tool for dogs. does anyone know what this type of leash is called and where i can get one???

• Im not sure if this is what youre talking about, but there is this harness that forces the dog to sit when they pull or jump. Theres a fabric cord that wraps around the hind legs and it tightens when the dogs pulls and creates tension.
